For more than three decades, I’ve lived at the intersection of healing, entrepreneurship, and holistic innovation. My journey began in massage therapy and wellness centers, where I quickly discovered that true transformation comes not only from caring for the body but also from releasing the emotions and patterns held within it. This insight has shaped everything I do—whether working hands-on with clients or guiding practitioners in building practices of their own.

Today, my focus is on mentoring holistic, bioenergetic practitioners. I help them uncover their unique strengths, clarify their business vision, and integrate bioenergetic remedies and testing modalities into their work. My approach blends heart-centered intuition with practical business strategy, so that practitioners can expand their impact while creating sustainable, thriving practices.

Along the way, I’ve built and sold successful wellness centers, traveled the world to deepen my understanding of trust and intuition, and partnered with a leading homeopathic and bioenergetic company to support practitioners nationwide. Each step has reinforced my belief that serendipity and strategy go hand in hand - that when we listen to our inner guidance and pair it with clear direction, extraordinary growth is possible.

My journey in holistic wellness began in 1992, when I opened my first wellness and massage practice in Nashville, Tennessee. A few years later, I moved to Fort Myers, Florida, where I earned my massage license and opened Intuitive Touch, a center that offered yoga, emotional fitness, aromatherapy, and myofascial release bodywork.

Through my deep training with fascia, I discovered something profound: our bodies hold on to emotions and unresolved trauma. True healing, I learned, comes when we release these stored emotions, uncover our core wounds, and free ourselves from the past. This understanding became the heart of my work, and I built a thriving practice around helping others reconnect with themselves in mind, body, and spirit.

In 2000, I felt called to let go of everything I owned and set out on a life-changing journey through Australia and Hawaii. Traveling with only my intuition as my compass taught me to trust my inner guidance and navigate the unknown.

When I returned to Florida in 2001, new doors opened. I began exploring wellness brands for a planned healing center on Sanibel Island, which led me to discover a powerful homeopathic company whose remedies and bioenergetic testing approach amazed me with their accuracy and effectiveness. By divine alignment, their clinic was in Atlanta—just down the street from my dad—and I knew this path was meant for me.

I relocated to Atlanta to deepen my knowledge and eventually joined the company in 2004 as a consultant and salesperson, using both my healing experience and my business skills to help practitioners across the country grow thriving practices with these innovative remedies.

Today, I continue to weave together my roles as healer, intuitive mentor, and entrepreneur—guiding others to release emotional blocks, trust their inner wisdom, and embrace holistic approaches that create lasting transformation.
